Health, fitness and wellbeing have been the focus of my career and academic studies for the past 20 years. I am passionate about helping people get their bodies functioning at the optimum level.
My approach is to care for the whole person, not just your specific condition, recognising that everyone is different. I have experience treating professional athletes with acute injuries, as well as older clients who just want to play with their grandchildren again.
By treating you with the latest evidence-based practices over the course of a personalised treatment plan, I will support you to improve your musculoskeletal health and get you back to doing what you love as quickly as possible, whilst also helping you to build resilience and teaching you how to prevent future injuries or setbacks.
